Wanted good mechanical pencil that doesn't tear my pocket and doesn't bend the tip. It is a solid product that really is easy to use. Wish it was a shaker.

The retractable tip design on this pencil is exceptional. It pulls the delicate parts far into the pencil body, keeping them well protected. I keep my pencils in my cargo pants pocket, so they take their fair share of abuse, and this is the only design I have never had a problem with. The pencils are a joy to use. They are slim with nice rubber grips that give the feeling of full tactile control. And aesthetically, the sight, sound, and feel when you click the mechanism satisfies some deep intrinsic need for close contact with mechanical precision. I like these pencils a lot, and keep a few around. I have hot been able to find a price comparable to this source.
