2 long sides, 2 short sides and 8 small short screws with locking washers. The screws easily and tightly screw into the fitted plastic plugs behind the matching internal holes in the sides. Good fit; flat study base in less than 5 minutes. Has an inside flange so the cabinet wont slip around, once set upon the base. if you don't buy the base unit to raise the cabinet off the floor (?), the bottom drawer will require a large flat zero clearance space in front of the cabinet in order to open it.
