What can you say about Vyco?

It's an absolute need and nothing else fills it.

Still made in Denmark. (Mine was stamped so all along one edge, and I did not trim that edge.)

Comes rolled pretty tightly, follow the instructions!

This cover relaxed out and all the roll marks fell out overnight. Its been hot in our area and I was thinking it would be a challenge to straighten out inside. I installed it as per the instructions and it was easy and gives me the surface I need to start drawing. I would definitely buy this item again because compared to my older cover it is stiffer and will provide a cleaner line quality.

Bought a Vemco 612 drafting table that had a well used wood surface that I wanted to restore so I purchased this item to upgrade it. I was well satisfied with the product offered from DEW.

This vinyl is exactly the same as the vinyl I first put on a drafting board over 40 years ago. The country was in turmoil then and is in turmoil now, so it is comforting to know that some things were good then and are still good. This vinyl helps me to design and create. If you are not familiar with it, the vinyl is self-healing--compass and divider point holes sort of vanish. The surface provides the perfect amount of "feel" for drawing and lettering. I always have preferred to draw with the green side of the vinyl up. I'm not exactly sure why. I just feel more creative somehow with that nice green vinyl under my tracing paper or vellum.
