Received well packed, in excellent condition. Oversized by about an inch in both width and height which is great for making sure you get enough to fit! Flattened out after unrolling after about 24 hours as per the instructions, make sure you have a place to lay it to flatten it out!

I didn't have to use double sided tape, just the parallel bar upper roller screws seem to work just fine. Exactly matched the old surface it replaced, and it was over 50 years old!

I have been hand drafting for over four decades. I have purchased and used board cover all that time. This is the first board cover that I ever order that arrived with a glossy surface on one side. What are they thinking?! I called Alvin and requested to speak to someone older that might understand the products. I never received a call back. If you desire a flat finish cream colored board cover, do not buy this. The green side does have a flat finish.

I must first admit that I have not had it long. But it laid down beautifully. It is plenty thick and easy to work with. Honestly, I can't think of anything to improve the quality. I followed the instructions and it went smooth. The only difference was I a used thin layer of spray glue on the board instead of tape.

I did have sticker shock but actually I believe this company had the best price. It still stung a bit compared to the last time I shopped for a piece of vinyl (20 years???) but they did seem to be the best price. I would recommend the drafting board cover to others.

Soft green color - easy on the eyes - good value for the price.
