I am a professional seamstress and this flexible curve ruler is extremely handy for doing alterations where I need to copy a shape and move it in to resize an existing garment. It works much better than the other one I have which has measurement markings (useless) but does not straighten out again after use.

We do a lot of woodworking and this is perfect for designing bandsaw boxes.
