This modeling cement has a smooth, flowing application that reduces spray head clogging, foaming and bubbles. There is no need to use wet water, and the formula penetrates easily and quickly. It actually wraps around the product and permeates instantly for maximum coverage. It is great for sealing forest canopy material and attaching fine, blended and coarse turfs, static grass flock, poly fiber, ballast, flowering foliage and other foliage.
