Description

Safco High Bases raise flat file cabinets 20" off the floor to create easier access to lower drawers while adding open storage space beneath the cabinet system. Designed specifically for Safco Professional Flat Files, these heavy-duty steel bases are commonly used in architecture firms, engineering offices, schools, print rooms, and design studios where users want improved ergonomics and additional workspace storage.

Unlike closed bases, the high base features enclosed sides and back with an open front design that can be used for storing supplies, rolled drawings, boxes, or frequently accessed materials beneath the flat files. The elevated design also helps reduce bending when accessing lower drawers and creates a more furniture-style installation.

Safco High Bases are built with heavy-duty steel construction and are designed to support stacked flat file systems using compatible Safco 5-drawer and 10-drawer flat files.
