Returns & Cancellations

We want to make the return process as clear as possible. Please review the information below before requesting a cancellation or return.

Canceling an Order

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at 1-877-933-7238.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel:

• Custom orders
• Orders that have already shipped

These orders will be subject to the DEW Return Policy.

Return Policy

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. DEW must provide prior authorization before any item is returned.

Return requirements:

• Returns must be requested within 15 days of the original shipment date
• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned in the original carton

We do not accept returns on:

• Electronic or precision equipment
• 42" clamp bars
• Items that have been fully or partially assembled

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Returns due to shipping damage, defective merchandise, or an incorrect item shipped will be handled by our customer service team for proper return, replacement, or disposal.

Restocking Fees and Return Shipping

All other approved returns:

• Are subject to a 30% restocking fee
• Must be shipped at the customer’s expense
• Must be returned in original cartons
• Are subject to inspection before credit is issued
• Must be in new condition for credit

For items marked Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the 30% restocking fee still applies.

How to Return an Item

Please contact DEW for a Return Authorization and the correct return address before shipping any return.

You may choose your own return carrier, but we recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking, such as UPS or FedEx. If the return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you may need to follow up with the carrier to file a claim.

Once the returned item arrives, please allow 3 to 5 business days for inspection and processing.
