We offer several convenient ways to place your order:

Payment Methods

For immediate shipping, we accept:

• PayPal

Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase.

We also accept business checks, personal checks, and certain certified funds. Orders paid by check will ship after the check has cleared. Please make checks payable to Drafting Equipment Warehouse.

A $25.00 fee applies to returned checks. We reserve the right to determine acceptable forms of payment.

Purchase Orders

We currently accept purchase orders from:

• Government agencies
• The military
• Public institutions

Purchase orders must be signed, official documents and must include:

• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Preferred shipping method
• Product pricing
• Shipping and handling charges
• Applicable taxes

We do not accept requisitions, letters, faxes, or memoranda in place of a valid purchase order.

Purchase Order Terms

• Minimum purchase order amount: $150
• Payment terms: Net 30
• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone
• We do not accept international purchase orders
• Orders cannot be processed until we receive a signed purchase order

Sales Tax

Arizona sales tax applies only to orders sold or shipped within Arizona. We do not collect sales tax for shipments to other states unless required by law.

Order Confirmation

Every order receives an Order Number or Order ID. This number will appear on your email confirmation and serves as your receipt number. Please use it when contacting us about your order.
