TechWorks Dual Station Workbench with ESD Worksurface

The TechWorks Dual Station Workbench features two 60" x 30" height-adjustable workbenches with ESD laminate worksurfaces and ESD accessories. The upper organizer frames include two 30"W lockable storage bins and 30"W fabric panels on each frame. Each workbench includes a freestanding box/file pedestal with black faux leather cushion. A 60" x 30" height-adjustable table with ESD laminate worksurfaces provides addition work space. This workbench helps create layouts where teams can easily come together to share resources and ideas to help fast-track results.

Adjustable-Height Workbench (Qty. 2)

• 60" x 30" ESD (Electro-Static Discharge 1 ⅛" thick) worksurface with ground terminus
• ESD available in Gray laminate with Black edge banding only
• 12" of travel range measuring 26" to 38" from the floor to the top of the work surface
• Adjusts in 1" increments with threaded fasteners.
• Workbench comes standard with leveling glides
• Workbench ships knocked down. Assembly Required
• Workbench holds 1,000 lbs. evenly distributed
• Comes standard with 1.75" x 3.25" grommet holes

Adjustable-Height Table (Qty. 1)

• 60" x 30" ESD (Electro-Static Discharge 1 ⅛" thick) worksurface with ground terminus
• 12" of travel range measuring 26" to 38" from the floor to the top of the work surface. 
• Adjusts in 1" increments with threaded fasteners.
• Tables comes standard with leveling glides
• Tables ship knocked down. Assembly Required
• Tables holds 1,000 lbs. evenly distributed
• Full base shelf under the work surface is required
• Work surface does not include grommet holes
• Tables are not compatible with organizer frames and under work surface accessories

Organizer Frame

• 60" x 48" Organizer Frame
• Open frame design provides above work surface support for hanging accessories
• Fixed height organizer frame mechanically fastens to the TechWorks Bench work surface and height adjusts
  with the bench
• Frames allow for vertical adjustment of accessories in 1" increments
• Frames ship knocked down
• 14-Gauge cold rolled steel construction
• Organizer frames hold up to 400 lbs. evenly distributed
• Designed for horizontal and vertical integrated cable management between the frame uprights

Lockable Storage Bin (Qty. 4)

• 30"W x 12"D x 16"H Overhead Storage Bin
• Overhead Storage bin placement adjustable in 1" increments
• Storage bins can install and be relocated for easy adaptability
• Storage bins can be placed side-by-side on frame
• Door lock is standard, locks are keyed differently

Fabric Panels (Qty. 4)

• 30" x 36" fabric panels
• TechWorks Fabric Panels attach between organizer frames to create a private work environment and help support increased focus in busy work areas.
• Screens can be mounted on front or back of the frame to give a finished appearance from either side.
• Steel frames surround the fabric screens with lift-and-hook for assembly
• Telecom Channel and Dual Sided Power Strip hook on components cannot be put in front of Fabric Panels
• Fabric Panels can also be used as a tack board

Pedestal Storage with Cushion (Qty. 2)

• 15"W x 20"D x 21.75"H Box/File Mobile Pedestal
• Full width drawer pull
• File drawers accommodate letter-size files
• Locks standard with core removable locks
• Full extension precision ball-bearing slides
• Faux Black Leather cushion transforms pedestal into a seat (adds 2" to height)

ESD Accessories (3 each)

• Must be wired in compliance with local electrical codes
• Grounding Bar provides common grounding point for managing multiple ground wires
• Wrist Strap must be used with Grounding Jack for proper grounding
• Grounding Jack accommodates 4 standard banana jacks (On the end of Wrist Straps)
