On my latest order, I was accidentally shorted part of that order. DEW immediately sent me the missing item and all is well. When this company says they are serious about quality service, they back it with action. DEW is a keeper!!!

3 eraser refill stick

These refills are NOT the same size as the originals and do NOT fit in the holder. Dew should fix this problem. In fairness I have decided that it is not worth the effort and have not asked them to fix my order.
