Rock/Paper Storage Cabinet

First I want to state that the unit was not shipped when the original confirmation was sent. We reached out and customer service was very helpful and told us it was a couple weeks behind , and we understand especially because of the time we are living in. A couple days before the cabinet arrived I recieved documents on what to do when your order arrives and the things to do before the driver leaves, because if there is damage we would have to pay for return shipping on our own if the truck leaves, so we needed to be thorough and check for all damage. When the truck arrived on site he shared that we can not unwrap the product to check for damage because it will no longer be able to be loaded on the truck. We even shared the pdf that we received telling us to unwrap it. Then the driver pulled out the lawsuit papers about this particular thing. Can you please at least update the pdf that is being sent out to the customer on how to receive? We did have damage located at the toekick base of the cabinet because it was ripped off and the dollrods were left pinned in the side base, but we just fixed this ourselves. We couldn't even visbilly see the cabinet when it was wrapped up so we just had to take a chance that there was not any major damage due to the documents shared by the trucking company.
