Dimension and Tolerance Template

There appears to have been no attempt to remove the plastic burrs from the smaller cut-outs like lettering, arrows, and thin segments. Which is 80% of the product. Plastic burs are removed from the larger cut-outs. I expected a harder plastic material (like with semi-flexible clear plastic rulers), but it's quite soft. In fact, all the templates I purchased from this site are the same soft plastic. I have to hold the entire template and hold the edges of whatever I'm using to keep the plastic flat. The cost of shipping just about anywhere is equal to or more than the price of this stencil. So, I'm at a net loss if I return this product and order another from elsewhere. Hopefully customer service will refund both the shipping and stencil cost, and maybe they have the same stencil with the burrs removed, we'll see...
