The product came to me very quickly but was very difficult to install owing to there being no instructions on installation. There probably very few differences between the various makers of straightedges, so it seems that it would have been easy for you to include some small manner of instructions.

The wire on my Charrette parallel bar on my drafting board broke. Did not realize how difficult it would be to replace but after a google search I came across DEW. They sold a repair kit for one bar. Out of stock for a few months but the sales people keep me informed and a email arrived in my in box when it came in. I will never have to replace it again if I can get 20 years use!
